We can make some arrangements as long as you have rights to use the font for dice. We will not be able to do custom fonts for alloy based dice unless you have a minimum of 500 units ordered. We recommend using the Aluminum options for custom dice, we can offer gemstone custom offerings at 50 units.
Unfortunately we cannot do your favorite brand, super hero or other organization with out the written permission of that brand. We reserve the right to turn down any job that we believe could infringe on the rights of another individual or company. All custom orders require a signed agreement stating you do own the rights or permission to the rights and hold Norse Foundry unaccountable for any IP violations.
We ship all orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) from when the order is placed. We observe all national holidays and days that USPS is not open and do not ship on weekends. Some delay will occur during conventions see below for convention shipping timeframes. We ask for one additional day for shipping during Black Friday and Cyber week due to high volumes of orders.
All orders that are overnight packages the cut off is 7 am eastern standard time. Please note that overnight and 2 day are only business days and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery service. We do not ship during weekends so all shipments order on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
International shipping is rated at 6 - 10 business days. Please be advised both US and the incoming customs office has the right to hold a package for any reason for up to 2 weeks and can delay this estimate if it is held. We do not guarantee any of international shipments we can only provide estimates due to this.
No. Our international shipping fee only covers the cost of shipping the item to you via USPS and the required documents to get it from the United States. Unfortunately due to a variety of tax laws, VAT fees and customs we are not able to prepay or cover any costs associated with importing the items into your country.
If you purchase a shipping option of FedEx or UPS and the package is delayed past the delivery time from of that service YES you can get a full refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will process it with the carrier and give you the refund within 2 business days once its processed. Please note that we will file the paperwork for the guarantee and provide the refund when the carrier provides it. We normally do not have any issues with these refunds but cannot offer a refund if the carrier declines it for one of their policies (Natural Disaster, Wrath of God, etc)
Please keep all packaging that came with your purchase, email us photos of the damage to email@example.com and we will ship you out replacements of whatever is damaged in shipping. Most of our shipments are insured so we do ask for photos so we can apply for insurance.
Unfortunately since the fees associated with shipping are non refundable unless the item doesn’t arrive within the set time period or the item is damaged we will not be able to refund you for any expedited shipping costs. We do offer free shipping on all orders if you are unsure if you will like the product. However anything expedited will be at the cost of the buyer and no refundable.
Most conventions are all hands on deck for us so we normally are not shipping during a convention. We do have some limited shipping abilities during a convention please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your items are available through these routes. All expedited shipping will be shipped upon our return. We ask for two days to fulfill orders placed during conventions when we reopen.
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and which item is missing is incorrect. We are human and mistakes do happen, we apologize and will work to rush out a replacement to you as soon as we can. In most cases we will ship the replacement one of our expedited options unless overnight was purchased prior.
When an order is shipped out through ShipFIMS (also known as Economy International), it is picked up by FedEx and checked in through U.S. customs in Newark New Jersey. With this process, when it reaches your country and goes through customs, your local postal office will take the package from there, not FedEx; therefore your tracking will not update again until the package arrives to its final destination.
If you would like further updates, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your FedEx tracking number saying you would like your local postal tracking number. With that tracking number, you can look up your packages progress as soon as it passes customs in your country on your local postal offices website. There will be a time where neither tracking number is updating since the package is is being processed through customs. Please allow for up to two weeks per a customs.
Keep in mind to get any updates from FedEx about your package, do not reach out to FedEx. If you have a question about your package either reach out to your local postal office or ShipFIMS (FedEx has a different data base and will tell you your package does not exist).
30 Days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned brand new in unused condition with all original packaging. Any return that does not include packaging or is damaged will be subject to a restocking fee and/or rejection at the cost of the buyer to send the item back to them. Return shipping is at the expense of the returner. Any issues that can be resolved with a mailed replacement will be paid for by Norse Foundry such as scratched or missing dice.
